Our products are made using the freshest and all natural ingredients possible. Our pizzas are made with imported “00” flour for the most authentic Napolitano pie.
Our dough is made 24 hours in advance and slow raised under refrigeration. This cool slow rise helps create a crust with more subtle and complex flavors. Our Pizza Margherite is made with imported San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.
Our enclosed trailer houses our wood fired oven, hand sink, commercial refrigerator, generator, retractable awning, 10x15 tent, work tables, and serving tables.All we need is a level place to park! We require a space of 20' by 16'. Pizza is served buffet style, starting out with a salad (optional). We keep making 12” pizzas for the specified time period.
